At the beginning of this year I decided, I would only have 1 resolution. Plenty of goals and actions and calendars and projects… but one resolution. I wasn’t going to lose weight, or get healthier, or anything vague… instead I picked something that I believed if I did it, would get me where I wanted to go…
I decided where ever possible, add more vegetables. That was it. Simple right?
This could be one of the few (or maybe the only) year where I can still remember my resolution, quote it and I am still applying it in December!!
To support my resolution this year, I bought a spiralizer, my daughter had fun naming all the different veggies we made into noodles, like caroodles, boodles and zoodles to quote a few and we all ate more healthy meals this year. I’m extremely proud to say, my child probably recognizes and eats more variety of veggies that most 5 year olds I know!
I’d say that’s a successful resolution! Now onto 2016!
